Research Background
My doctoral research in Media Management focused on developing a desirable system for cyberspace policymaking in Iran. The study examined policymaking institutions, policy themes, and policymaking processes to develop a practical model for cyberspace governance.
My previous research has also addressed topics related to marketing and business management, including customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, insurance services, communication technologies, knowledge management, and organizational issues.
